Visited the dr today to get the results of the latest bone scan and found out there is some activity on the left edge of my sternum. So we will be watching that for the next 6 months and maybe another scan will be done then. As for the other areas we were watching nothing has changed with all of them but one and that one seems to have disappeared.

Tomorrow will be 5 yrs since the bilat masts and I am feeling very good right now.

Still working full time at the donut shop. Since July 1 I have lost 24 lbs and will continue on the weight los plan until I reach 160 which means at least 20 more lbs, but who knows I may go even farther down. Love Lana
