I also am HER2 positive, was diagnosed with brain mets in 1999. Recieved Gamma Knife then WBR. Doing fine 9 years later...still no recurrences. Latest treatment is Tykerb/Xeloda. A member of our support group, dx'ed with brain mets was successfully treated with that combo.
