Back into surgery again

I am having surgery tomorrow to remove the cancer from my left femur bone (it is in the bone marrow not outside the bone). They will then insert a rod to strengthen the bone. I am really worried about going into surgery once again especially with my heart being in the condition it is now. The surgeon hasn't looked at my Echo cardiogram yet he may look at it in the morning and say I'm not strong enough to do the surgery. I will keep you posted as I am in recovery.
