Hi Donna,
Just to let you know, I had met to hilar node too. It was 3cm in January. Taxotere and Zeloda with herceptin has taken care of it NED there now, but I still have mets in one int mam node and chest wall. I know the herceptin won't help you but thought I would mention the other two chemo drugs to see if you have tried them. Hope you continue to see improvements.
