Lymph node mets

Does anyone have information on mediastinal lymph node mets or abdominal mets? Which comes first liver mets or liver lymph node mets? Lung cancer progresses to mediastinal nodes. Does mediastinal node mets progress to lungs? I obviously don't understand a lot about this. Thanks for any information.
