Well, my oncologist tells me that the spread in my sternum is quite substantial. It is hurting quite a bit now so I am going to have 5 doses of radiotherapy beginning next week sometime to deal with the pain - luckily I didn't need to have any more tattoos as they used the first ones as a marker.
I also have several small nodules in each of my lungs, although he told me that they are not big enough to cause me problems and they are not life threatening. Although he said that they were small, he made the size of about 2cm across - maybe that's not big in lung met sizes.
Anyway, unless I get any further symptoms in the meantime, I will be having another CT scan in a couple of months time to see if the Aromasin is working, if not it will be onto chemotherapy.
I am not exactly happy with the results, but it could have been a lot worse. I am now on that rollercoaster of trying to get this thing back in check.
