SOB with Gemzar??

I have been on Gemzar for liver mets since Oct. The last couple weeks, I have been mildly short of breath with activity but not enough to mention to onc. Suddently, the day after the last dose, I was SOB at rest and quite winded with activity. Like just taking a shower. I went to word anyway but ended up in urgent care after a couple hrs. Chest X-ray was clear, labs OK, TM coming down. So, no disease progression and no pleural effusion. Must be drug side effect. Anybody else experience this? I will have to quit work if this continues.
