I have mets to the bones and have bone pain all the time. It is really painful at times in my left hip and lower back that is where the orginal mets to the bones were but they haven't found anything. I just had my bone scan a few weeks ago and everything looked good even though the pain in my left hip seems to get worse. It is even painful to the touch now. I will have a pet scan in a few weeks hoping it comes out as well.
