Dear Nancy,

It is so good to hear from you but understand that you have been having a rough time recently. It is totally natural to be really "down" as you are seeking a way to actively fight this "beast". I hope that you are able to get to Karmanos and participate in the study if that is what you decide to do. Can your family doctor help you with that decision....or maybe a second opinion? I have been praying for you and will continue to do so every day.

PS Perhaps a call to doc to get a script for medication for the depression that you are experiencing? This is so common among our ranks and medication really helps.
