I have been on abraxae for three rounds. three weeks on one week off. This was the first round that I made it to the third dose. My counts were just too low. Like you I have terrible pain from the neulasta shot and always pray that I don't have to get it. i have been on taxenes before and know it def. builds up in the body and becomes more toxic. I pray for you too that your dody will adjust and let up on those nasty side effects. Let us know how you are doing. Luv Matti
