I didn't know that anyone else was getting Abraxane and Avastin. I am so glad that I found you!!! It is so great to have someone to compare notes with. I get Abraxane weekly and Avastin bi-weekly. I have treatment number 8 this week and will receive both meds this time.
I am soooooo tired and it just really gets me down. It really bothers me that I not only feel tired but look tired as well. Up until this week I still looked okay. Now I look worn out. I am not trying to sound vain or anything its just that looking tired makes me feel even more tired (does that make any sense???)
My biggest side effects with the treatment is number one fatigue (of course) but also nose bleeds. They are getting worse. It is not like a regular nose bleed it is more that the inside of my nose bleeds and scabs. It is very uncomfortable and my nose actually clogs up at night when I sleep. Are you having this problem??? I apologize for being gross. Another problem I am having is that my eyes are really dried out and it makes it difficult to use my contacts. Are you experiencing any of these???
