Anybody taking Lupron for more than 2 years?

After my recurrence I had a mastectomy and was put on hormone therapy (Lupron + Arimidex). After 2 years I stopped the Lupron but after 4 months I'm premenopausal again. My doctor wants me to continue with the Lupron but I haven't found any reference of side effects for long treatment. I'm afraid of osteoporosis as I like skiing… Does anybody have any information?
