Herception debate

I am still debating herception treatment starting January 3rd, but I just read an article on here that 1/3 of her2+ get brain tumors without it. I am done chemo and start rads and Tomoxifin in January. I am also going for the oconotype dx on the 18th. I don't know what to expect and why I am afraid of the herception. Are there side effects?
