Hi Mckenzie - - I have had no unusual headaches. I have always in my adult life been prone to migraines, but after recurrence diagnosis tests were done for baseline info and the only involvement then was the lungs. I have felt very well and have good life quality. I am not sure if I will be having an MRI now that the CT scan shows this, but my onc is surely jumping on the results to get things moving. He is not available until Friday, but wanted me seen by somebody ASAP to get the ball rolling. I hope and pray my results will be as good as your girlfriend. I and all my family are in an assertive aggressive mode to do whatever needs to be done to fix this thing. I never had radiation the first time around so I know nothing about it. Some of what I have heard is that I will loose my hair (I'm ready for new hair anyway!!!)and I know that some bc radiation causes burning such that people cannot even stand clothes to touch the site. I spoke yesterday with the nurse practitioner abour "frying" my brain and she said it is not like that, but that is the only image I have at this point.
