Hi Joanne, nice to hear from you. Unfortunately, our pleura is covered with many sensitive nerves. I am heading back to a pain management clinic for more "radio frequency ablation" pain control treatments.
My chest has hurt since I had a left lower lobe of my lung removed in 5/06. After surgery I did not have proper pain control for 3 - 4 days. I don't understand it. We all need to talk to our caregivers in a stern manner before undergoing any treatments.
