Thank you, Kathy, for your response. I have finished my first round of xeloda. So far no ill effects. They say that the side effects can still kick in after round two or even at six months or so. The worst thing for me, I guess, has been that when my energy wanes, it really goes fast. Sometimes I just have to go to bed right after supper. It's even a bummer to think about waiting for 1/2 hour so I can take the xeloda, I am so pooped. I will check out the magazine and see what they have to offer. Thanks again for the info. This board is such an inspiration in just reading everyone's posts. The strength put forth is profound. It is hard to read about people's friends and family dying; about people disappointing in such deep ways, then this group comes up with such words of encouragement, love, and support. Thank you all.
