I was on Navelbine over 3 years ago. I found it to be one of the easy to deal with ones. No hair loss, low blood counts and constipation were the main side effects for me. It worked for 17 months for me. In fact since I am now out of new chemos, I have just started on it again. Hopefully it will keep me going for another year or so. I take it two weeks on and one off. I also take it in conjunction with Herceptin. Hope it works for you. Gemzar did nothing for me.
