Hair loss is rare with Cisplatin/Gemzar. I had some thinning on this combo, but definitely did not lose my head of hair. I have not (yet) been on Vinorelbine, so I can't speak to that one..... I'm on my third time of being bald and yes, it is annoying, but, like everything else, it is amazing what we can get used to.... Joanne
