Adriamycin Heart Damage

Hello all,
I've been having some weird heart palpitations and an irregular heart beat for several months. I'm seeing a cardiologist now, but he believes all these symptoms probably are benign. My oncologist believes I may have some Adriamycin heart damage. Has anyone been diagnosed with that here? If so, what are your symptoms and what has been done to treat it?
