Hi, I am so sorry you are going through this. I have been on chemo 2x in the last two years and am currently still getting treatiment, - I have had this disease for 17 years - 8yrs. Stage IV. I don't really know anything about the druges you will be getting, however, I have lost my hair twice in the last two years. It is not fun. And I hated people telling me it was just hair. It was my hair and I felt ugly without it. It really has been easier to 2nd time - I guess I'm accepting it more. Plus, I bought a really nice wig that really looks like my own hair. All my friends, my kids and their friends tell me I look so young with my hair style and color, plus this wig doesn't itch as much as the other wigs I got last year. It is devastating to lose your hair, but I guess when it happens it's another pity party and then you get up and put your big girl pants on and do what you have to do and move on. Good luck. You will get trough this, I promise! Love, PattieM
