Hi Matti - I noticed that my post was deleted and I don't know why. I'm quite sure there was nothing offensive in it. I have fluid around my lung and have had several (6 ?) thorocentesis which is the drawing off of the fluid. I am having it drawn off again tomorrow (Tuesday). I have also been told of a procedure that seals the lung to the lining. I have been hesitant to do this as I question where the fluid goes if it cannot go where it really wants to. I have light sedation when I have the thorocentesis done. I am awake and sitting up. I have had no trouble with it at all. It really helps me to breathe better when the fluid ia gone, I have been able to go as much as four months between draws. This time, though, has only been a little over a month. I hope this goes through and I hope this helps.
