What to expect

Hi ladies. I am so glad you all are here to answer questions and support.
I had a bilateral mast yesterday. My diagnosis was left breast IDC, Stage III, ER+, PR-, HER2+ with lymph node involvement. I did not ask my doc what to expect regarding pathology reports. I assume they will check margins, look for any other cancerous concerns, check lymph nodes that were removed. I have had chemo and will have rads. Does anyone know if there are situations in which they will have me get more chemo or take more nodes or anything? Sometimes things get so overwhelming that I forget to ask these important questions.
