I am home recuperating. Been very dizzy & a bit weak. My red blood count was low and if it go under 6, I might need a blood transfusion but I am trying to take care of myself as much as I can so that would not happen?
I have my appointment today with my Oncologist and always glad to see him. He's there every step of my treatment and so did my husband whose been an amazing husband.
He's been caring for my drains making sure everything is taken care of and spoiled me with his cooking. Even if I had problem keeping food&fluids down, he still make sure I eat and drink.
I am taking care of myself once I am able to get back to my routine, I am going to start running 5-7 miles daily again. Haven't been able to do so since my May 9, 2012 surgery. Once these drains are out, I am excited to return to work. Hopefully the 3 months wait will goes fast by keeping myself busy. I am seeing my Oncologist & breast cancer surgeon every 3 months since I was diagnosed in 2010.
I will also be seeing my plastic surgeon every 6-8 weeks. I thanked each one you whose supporting me, praying for me and most of all lifting my spirits when I was down.
I will keep you posted on how things are going. Thank you so much.
