Hi Kathy,
I had a single mast with no rad or chemo. I have an expander in but had complications with necrotic skin so it is still empty 6 weeks post surgery. I went back to work today and have to tell you. wearing the bra and pros I find very uncomfortable. I am only a B so I just cant imagine trying to do it with DD. I can only speak for myself and did not and would not consider the double mast but your comfort is important. I know I would be more comfortable with 2 non breasts at this point but it is still early. I would suggest you go to the place that will provide the bra and Pros and see what is available. I am a b size and the fake boob is heavy to me....Good luck and so glad you done with chemo!!
