I see what you're saying now. I didn't know about the node involvement.
I can't speak for radiation and wearing a bra because I didn't have radiation but I know that many of our wonderful pink sisters have had it so they may be able to shed some light on that subject. And living in Texas with that heat...OMG! Even without health issues it would be "hell" there for me! I can't take the heat anymore and I loved it when I was younger.
I also had the fear of recurrance in the other breast and opted for the bilateral. Sometimes I wonder if it would have been better to have the lumpectomy with radiation but I can't go back so I just say the hell with it and move on.
I really do hope you can get all your questions resolved before your surgery date. I will be thinking about you and praying for you to be able to have peace of mind with this because that is so important on this journey.
