One of the things the therapist had me to do was put my arms(just above the elbows with the hands holding onto the door frame)on door frame and take a step(like you are going through the door)that loosens the muscles up and helps get rids of the tightness. I started off with doing this 6 times and worked myself up to more. I can tell you other things to they had me to do if you don't want to go to a therapist. Hugs,Ruby
PS: I go now to a lymphodema therapist because I have fluid build up(from having 3 lymph nodes taken out) in both arms and stomach.
