Massive tightness

I had a Bilateral with direct to implant recon on 4/20/12 and am having extreme tightness in my chest, back and rib area. I also cannot lay flat yet. Has anyone had this experience?? Also leaning forward to far produces a sensation like an electric shock, no clue!!
