Roseanne, my little sister(Mom had her when she was 42 and cried the whole time, when I got to 42 understood completely
) is a dialysis nurse in Bloomington, Ind. hospital. She loves it and is taking classes to be a nurse practitioner. That is what she says about being a dialysis nurse...rewarding and more hands on with the patients.
Yes, this is my second time. Prayerfully this is it! I get sick with a drop of a hat
. Anyone can even mention certain things and my stomach just rolls. I got that way after going through Chemo the first time but I have another sister(there is 5 sisters-with me and 1 brother)who does the same thing and she hasn't been through Chemo so it's just us.
I'm not sure about strong,Rosanne, you just do what you have to with this as well as other things in your life.
I'm retired, took an early one because of my Dad & Mom being sick, so it was good I did. I could not have worked through either time of my Chemos.
Hugs, Ruby
