No drains? really hmmmmm..they really make a difference and help alot, although I dislike them they do help. I guess it all depends on the plastic.
Massage, no my Plastic never told me to massage, Ive heard about this but only when a woman was doing a regular boob job. So I asked my Plastic and he said "No need to do that"? So I didnt and my ladies are fine..Hope youre healing quickly Roseanne!
