Roseanne, I had the same pain. What I did(even at night when I slept) was put the ice pack they gave me at the hospital(mine was refillable ice pack) on it and eventually the pain went away.

I had 2 drains in, one on both sides...where is these 4 drains at? Are you still having a lot of fluid in them? Hugs,Ruby
