I hae a friend who was a heavy smoker for years -- and has been diagnosed with lobular breast cancer -- will have mastectomy. She is dealing with the decision on whether or not to have Lat Dorsi....can't do the TRAM because she was smoker for so long....I know great deal about TRAM but know very few who have had the Lat Dorsi...Any one out there who can help me out here with experiences or what to expect? Thanks,
