Roseanne,no your not a big baby just someone, like the rest of us, who has had B/C emotions. A lot of it is the waiting...I sure hate that part, and the rest is all the other things combined which you've had your fair share.
Yes, you will feel better once the drains are out. They made me nervous because I was afraid I would pull them out in my sleep or do something that would pull on them and then get infected.
