Sorry Roseanne that you feel the tightness and all. That seems to come with this. My surgeon, upon my request, sent me for therapy after the drains were out & a few fills, and that helped me tremendously on the tightness.
It seems like a long time before we get them out but really time does fly...
Do you sleep in a recliner? That was the only way I could sleep with the drains and even after I had them out.
I have 2 U-shape pills from Peg's sewing(I'll send you email if you want it) and boy do those come in handy. I would put one under each arm in the recliner and this help my arms from getting achy. I also used them when I'm traveling..I put them across my chest and then the fasten my seat belt just in case the air bags go off. The shape really is nice for everything.
