I was given exercises, but no one ever said anything about lotion. I did not have Rads or chemo.. I was lucky.
I do however have a hard scar tissue and it hurts. The implant never fell into place right because of this hard scar. I would think there should be a standard hand out for all women who are faced with this. I realize we are all different cases, sure seems like some of this should be standard knowledge!
