The name of the studio is White Tiger, her name is TeeJay, she does the 3D nipple tattoos. My insurance wouldn't cover the orginal tattooist because my PS is out of network so I would have had to pay $550 out of pocket.
I googled and found this shop. It is just tattoos no other nipple recon. She charged me $200, still healing but I am very satisfied so far.
