My implants are very comfortable and I am able to lie flat in bed or on my side. Mine were not done at the same time. I didn't have drains with either of my exchanges. When was your last fill? Once the expanding stops and the implants are in you will find that your back will relax and won't be as achy. Did you choose saline or silicone?
