yes - you will have perky boobs..
I had a mastectomy on the left side and wanted to be the same size (B cup)with recon.
since I was 51 at the time the implant was placed, gravity had put the natural sag in the right side....
I had a lift on the right side - so now they are both perky...
I'm very happy with my recon and hope all goes well for you in yours.
My plastic surgeon put 75 cc in the expander when it was placed and 4 weeks after the mast, we started the fills. The 75 cc believe it or not gave a very small mound so I wasn't completely flat when I woke up...
