decisions!!!!!

I was diagnosed in June 09, had a lumpectomy in July and then a masectomy in August. I've been diagnosed HeR2+. I am not having any other treatment as I was only stage 1 and had a only one area that was minimally invasive. Dr is suggesting that I remove my "healthy" breast when I reconstruct as a precaution against reoccurence. My breasts are really dense and the mammogram did not pick up the cancers in my "unhealthy breast" so I'm afraid that maybe there might be something in the the "healthy" breast that is just not being seen. Can anyone give me advice.
