I did have a bilat, and after my reconstruction, I looked pretty good in my clothes. Then one of the implants ruptured and I had to have it replaced about 5 weeks ago. Now, the new one is larger than the old one, so I have to pad the old one to look normal. It sucks, but I still prefer this to any type of prothesis. Sherry is right, it doesn't get easier.
