It looks like were having our surgery both in Oct. I am having the Lat flap done because I have had 2 operations on my stomach. I too have alot of questions and looked up what all my options are. MY ps suggested that I go with the Lap flap with expander. I am going to go with the silicone implant, because of my radiated skin. I go next month for my post op. Any questions i should ask? I heard alot of the ladies talking about infection. Should I make sure I ask for antibiotics after the surgery. would love to keep in touch with you.
