having the lat flap in Oct

I waas wondering if any of you ladies had the latissimus flap with the expanders and then the silicone gel implants. I am having mine done in Oct, and was wondering what to expect,etc. I didnt have enough tissue to take from my abdomen. I am small breasted, between an a and b cup. they are going to put in the mentor silicone gel implants and 450cc, isnt that alot, i know that they have to stretch the skin, but that seems like alot to me. Any information would greatly be appreciated. thank you
