Post exchange questions

Got the exchange surgery about 3 weeks ago. Have been told to wear an underwire bra 23 out of 24 hours per day for 6 weeks. Physical activity is limited to walking only. I was a B cup, am now a C cup. The implants seem so wide... Wondering about physical activities. Will I ever be able to play tennis etc.? Are these implants going to be hot and heavy? They seem huge to me right now. Please let me know your experiences. I could use some reassurance, or a dose of reality, whichever is the truth. Thanks!
