Help with Nipple Reconstruction

Hi all, I'm back. I used to type on here about five years ago when I started and hopefully now I'm getting to the end of my journey. I've been through a double mastectomy and 11 surgeries. Just had another one in May to raise my right side that keeps falling.
But now I'm thinking about nipples and wonder if anyone can help me a little with this. How is it done and what is the recovery time. Anything you can tell me would be appreciated. Also, after the nipples, did you get them tattooed. How was that? Any info on this subject would ease my mind cause it's something I haven't done yet. Thanks to all that might share with me and God Bless Us All.
