I'm on boniva too and I have headaches occasionally. Haven't asked my onc yet (sort of if I don't pay attention maybe it disappears...)
I read that boniva can produce osteonecrosis of the jaw and that this can be detected after dental treatment. I guess is better to ask your onc, maybe is just a headache.
