I'm glad to hear that it is all over for you, and so glad you don't have to deal with drains, that's wonderful! I've had drains for all 4 of my surgeries. My new breasts are wider but stick out less as well. I went from a 36C to a 36D, but only to cover the new width of the implants. I was a little bummed about that at first, but now I look great in my clothes and that was my goal from the beginning. Take care and don't over do. Please keep us posted on how it's going for you.
