I felt like someone hit me in the chest with a baseball bat on the surgery day and following day. Today, I feel a bit better. My surgeon has asked me to wear an underwire bra 23 out of 24 hours a day. I was a B- cup, now am a C. I guess this is ok. The implants seem wider than my breasts, but stick out less - weird. No drains. The nurse told me that if you were stretched well and little adjustment would be needed in surgery you did not need drains.
Just thankful to have breasts rather than prosthesis, and to have it over.
