counting down to surgery

Surgery on the 16th to replace expanders. Scared of the surgery, scared they won't do the surgery for some reason. Working on the fear.
You all seem so brave. Are you naturally that brave, or is there some trick?
I appreciate all thoughts and prayers.
I will write after surgey to let you know how it went. 7 days and counting down. Makes me sick to think about it.
