adhesions post-mastectomy

it's now over 1 yr since my right mastectomy... and my skin is 'stuck' under my incision area...

i had tried to massage the area, but I'm presuming that this is 'it' and i have to live with the adhesions.

Does anyone have any advice on this topic? Do any creams or way of massaging work to 'loosen' up this area? it could be scarring under the skin in combination with the adhesions and I just have to put up... would love to hear from you wonderful ladies!
