Surgery / Reconstruction Board: RR intense?

RR intense?

Hi All,
I requested my detailed paperwork from bilateral mastectomy and expander insertion. 5 1/2 hours of surgery. There were two RR listings, one said RR routine, the other RR intense. I assume RR means Recovery Room. Anyone know what RR intense means?
