Surgery coming up - first post

Hi All, I have surgery coming up on June 16 to get the expanders out and to put the permanent gel inserts in. I am scared to death. When I woke up from the mastectomy and expander insertion I was in tremendous pain. I have had a bilateral mastectomy. Also, my right expander bulges to the right and to the left, it may be somewhat out of position, I think. Any comments or advice appreciated!
